As the exclusive provider of food and beverage at NBT Bank Stadium, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and service. Ovations on premise culinary staff is dedicated to providing the finest food services and amenities for you and your guests. Our suite menu features a wide array of choices, from appetizers to full menu packages, hot and cold sandwiches to sweet desserts and complete beverage service. Ordering Information
Advance Orders
To make suite visit as effortless as possible, we ask that all food and beverage selections be placed two (2) business days prior to each event. To place your order please contact Margaret Benedict at (315) 479-9223, or email your order to [email protected], or fax to (315) 479-5217. Please consult with Margaret for any special requests. A Game Day Menu will be available if you are unable to place your order by the specified times. Items that can be ordered after the specified times are denoted by *. No outside food or beverage may be brought into NBT Bank Stadium at any time.

Food & Beverage Delivery

All pre-ordered beverage and snacks will be delivered to your suite prior to your arrival. All hot food will be delivered in approximately 1 hour after the ballpark opens, unless other arraignments have been made. Upon completion of the event, all food and beverage items will be removed from the suite. We do not carry to-go containers for health and safety reasons.

Cancellations

In the event of a suite order cancellation, please notify Ovations immediately. Orders cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled event will be charged 100% of the food and beverage order.

Payment Methods

A valid credit card is required to hold all orders. Payment can be made with cash, a company check made out to Ovations Food Services #4640, or a credit card. All Suite holders are required to have a valid credit card on file with Ovations. All food and beverage orders must be paid for at the conclusion of the event
