Heavy-duty power, without the heavy-duty costs

Wastewater is abrasive!
Wastewater always contains a certain amount of sand, grit, and other abrasives. These can cause impeller wear and create a gap between the impeller and the pump housing. Wear has a tangible impact on power consumption and general efficiency.

Keep costs down

Through close cooperation with our customers we have designed pumps capable of handling heavy-duty applications, which can easily be readjusted to compensate for any wear and avoid loss of energy. Traditionally, maintaining factory level efficiency can be a time consuming and costly affair. Our submersible S sewage and raw water pumps are designed to reduce unnecessary energy consumption and operating and maintenance costs.

SmartTrim

All S pumps, whether in submerged or dry installations, are equipped with the unique SmartTrim system. This enables you to easily restore the factory-set impeller clearance and maintain peak pump efficiency. All you need to do is to tighten the adjustment screws on the exterior of the pump housing. This can be done on site, quickly and easily, without the use of special tools or the need to disconnect the pump from the pipe work or the electricity supply.

Pure technology
Making water all it can be
Grundfos Alldos disinfection systems are designed to meet all your water treatment requirements for drinking water, industrial/ process water, wastewater and swimming pool applications.

Clean, thorough and cost-effective

Our Oxiperm systems are cost-effective, safe, and easily integrated into your application. Oxiperm systems generate the disinfection agent chlorine dioxide directly onsite. Applied precisely and automatically through the system, this compound works quickly and has no odour. It can be used as a strong algicide, bactericide, and germicide, and disinfects through a wide pH range.

Innovative control
Vaccuperm gas disinfection systems deliver precise doses of chlorine, ammonia, or sulphur dioxide with excellent repeatability. All components of our gas systems are designed to work optimally and safely together. Stateof-the-art sensors and electronic technology measure gas concentration and control dosing flow.

Total control and peace of mind two sides of the same picture

Up to six pumps can be integrated with a single modular control.

The pump specialists Unlike many similar controls, Grundfos range of controls are designed for pumps and pumps alone. That means you get a control 100% in sync with your pumping needs, and nothing else. Mix, match, adapt, evolve Our controls are based on a number of individual modules and software programs that can be

combined to suit the size and complexity of different applications. If your application changes, additional hardware can be clicked into place in seconds and the relevant software is quick and easy to install. Remote control As well as featuring a user-friendly control panel that keeps you up to date on all key performance indicators, Grundfos range of controls can be monitored remotely via your PC.

Grundfos controls These intelligent, user-friendly controls are designed specifically for network pumping stations with one or two wastewater pumps and a mixer/flushing valve. With a userfriendly display and support tools that allow easy installation, commissioning and servicing, mid-range controls integrate seamlessly into SCADA/BMS systems.

Outstanding efficiency with Grundfos CUE Grundfos CUE is the latest addition to our E-solutions programme of speed controlled pump systems. This new series of wall-mounted frequency converters allows you to control the speed of virtually any Grundfos pump according to current demand. This allows you to reduce the yearly energy consumption and costs by 50% depending on pump type and application while increasing everyday comfort as everything is under automatic control.

Introducing the markets largest CR

As the market continues to demand bigger pumps for bigger applications, Grundfos has answered with the largest multistage in-line pumps available today. The 75kW CR120 and CR150 can handle flows up to 180m3/h. Each can do the work of two pumps, while still using an efficient EFF1 motor. And these super-sized CRs are every bit as reliable and modular as their smaller cousins.

Cutting power, not performance

Is it possible to lower power consumption without compromising on performance? Absolutely! With a patented EFF1 motor you can cut power consumption by up to 20%. EFF1 motors are standard on all our CR pumps and provide other benefits besides energy savings: less motor heat is produced during operation, allowing for smaller ventilator sizes that emit less noise. In addition, low operating temperatures extend bearing life, which in turn reduces service costs.

Scaling new heights of CR efficiency

Precision and user-friendliness run in the family

Pioneering digital dosing
At Grundfos Alldos we not only make dosing more precise, we make it more user-friendly. The addition of our groundbreaking DME 375 and DME 940 pumps for larger doses means our unique Digital Dosing range now delivers precise doses from 0.0025 l/h all the way up to 940 l/h. And with pumps that have turndown ratios of up to 1:1000, you can always get a pump that doses exactly what you need: from a single drop, to a sustained flow.

Its so much simpler than it sounds

We offer plug and pump Digital Dosing technology. Simple, logical user-interfaces with easy to read displays make it a straightforward task to set required doses on our pumps in any of the 14 pre-programmed languages.

Digital Dosing is simply better:

Easy to install, prime and calibrate High turndown ratios enable each pump to deliver a broad spectrum of doses Adjustable suction speeds enable reliable, precise dosing of viscous liquids Variable motor speed in our DME/DDI pumps eliminates vibrations and ensures an even, precise dosage every time Full stroke lengths help prevent gas build-up in the dosing head User-friendly Flow Monitor for DDI pumps provides complete flow and pressure monitoring with an unprecedented level of precision and reliability. No matter how small the quantity dosed, this award winning innovation will provide you with a unique combination of monitoring functions: Dosing malfunctions on both the suction and pressure side are detected and reported immediately The system is monitored for excess pressure. Simply set the maximum permissible pressure in the dosing head and the pump will automatically stop if it is exceeded Prevailing pressure is measured continually Plus 3 system gives the self-calibration for your requirements Dosing of degassing mediums now possible

Identical performance in wet or dry

Install it where you need it
The key to the SEV and SE1 motors wet and dry capabilities is the motor cooling configuration. A solid block aluminium stator housing with cooling conduits eliminates the need for cooling liquids, providing adaptability without compromising performance. These hard-working sewage pumps can be installed wherever they are needed. They can be positioned as freestanding or on an auto-coupling in submerged installations, and vertically or horizontally in dry environments all without motor modification.

Watertight cable connection

Cable connection is extremely straightforward. A unique cable plug facilitates easy, hermetically sealed connection, eliminating the possibility of water entering the motor. Each modular motor is compatible with both channel and SuperVortex impeller pumps, and operates with several pump sizes. Stainless steel clamp for quick, tool free motor removal Short motor shaft Cartridge shaft seal system Replaceable wear ring Stainless steel motor jacket Heavy-duty angular contact bearings Stainless steel lifting bracket Stainless steel cable plug

Underground and always on the job

Designed for reliability and built entirely from high-grade stainless steel, the easily installed SP submersible pump system is your guarantee for high-quality water supply. SPs can handle flows of up to 470 m3/h and heads up to 810 m. A SP system combines a stainless steel SP submersible pump, an MS/MMS motor made specifically with submersible pump applications in mind and an MP 204 motor protection unit for added reliability. Thats everything you need in one package from a single supplier.

You dont need to see it to believe in it

Outlasting the competition

SP pumps constantly provide efficient performance during periods of high demand. Their stainless steel design and optimum tolerances ensure resistance to abrasives, by simply flushing out intrusive particles in the pump liquid. Wherever they are submersed, these pumps last longer.

Grundfos CUE enhancing water supply

The new series of Grundfos CUE wallmounted frequency converters can greatly improve your water supply installation: There is no need for a water tower or pressurised tanks. This improves the water quality and saves construction cost and space Soft start reduces water hammer and mechanical stress in the installation. Controlling the flow rate by means of a frequency converter can protect the well from over-pumping. This helps ensure polluted water or seawater isnt drawn into the well

Overheating prevention
MS motors are fitted with a built-in Tempcon sensor to prevent overheating a solution which together with a Grundfos MP 204 eliminates the need for external temperature sensors.

Tested to extreme
Each SP pump is rigorously tested before dispatch. You can request these test results simply by quoting the serial number on the pump a unique Grundfos service. All SP pumps are constructed from the highest quality components, providing reliable performance and durability. Thats why, if required, we can supply a performance certificate declaring the SP capable of meeting the demands specified by the customer.
