Box Making

The production of corrugated boxes begins with trees being harvested and processed into pulp to make liner and medium papers. These papers are fed into a corrugator which presses flutes into the medium and adheres the liner to create corrugated board. The board passes through dryers and is then trimmed, printed if needed, cut and bundled into sheets for converting. The converted boxes are bundled, palletized and delivered to customers while trimmings are sent for recycling.
