PROBLEM STATEMENT
How to disable the "submit" button as it allows users to bypass the addition of attachments that are required to execute?

SOLUTION
1. Go to System Administrator responsibility > Profiles > System 2. Query up profile Personalize Self-Service Defn at the user level 3. Change to Yes at the user level 4. Save 5. Log as the user with the profile enabled. 6. Go to the page where the Submit button shows up 7. Click Personalize Page at the top of the page 8. In the Personalize Page: Oracle iProcurement: Checkout click Expand All 9. Look for Button: Submit 10. Click Personalize (Pencil) 11. Change Rendered to False in all levels 12. Click Apply 13. Click Return to Application Repeat the same in other pages.
