    The meeting discussed finalizing the implementation of the homepage for a project. They agreed to finish the homepage implementation within the next two to three days. There were some difficulties with inserting a slideshow on the homepage using ActionScript 3 instead of ActionScript 2, which caused delays. Everyone seemed happy with the communication and progress of the project so far. They set the next meeting to continue their work for November 9th at 2-4pm.

    Allmembersofthemeetingwereabletoattendthemeetingon time,soitwasntapplicabletoanyoneelseaseveryoneelsewas ontimesothemeetingwentsmoothlywithoutanyinterruption. Thisstageistofocusonproblemsthatmayhavearisen.TheClient (HarithMbos)putsforwardsthepointthatthemultimedia producthasnotbeencompleted.Anotherproblemthatgotup wastherehasbeenmoretimespentonthedesignstagerather thantheactualimplementationsofthedesignsintoflash. Everyoneagreedonthisandcameupwiththedecisionthatwe willbefinishingtheimplementationofhomepagewithintwoor threedays. Aswewerediscussingthefinalwaytofinishtheimplementation, therewasabitofdifficultintheproduct.Asintheprocessof homepagedesigning,wediscussedthattoinsertslideshowinthe homepagetoattractviewerseye,intheprocessofmakingthis, theslidecouldonlybemadeinactionscript3ratherthanaction script2.Althoughtheslideshowwascreatedbutthelinkingof thebuttonwasntworking.Thiswasthereasonwhymoretime wasspent. Iaskedeveryoneiftheywerehappywiththeoverallworkthatwe havedonesofar.Everyoneseemstobehappywiththeformand thelevelofthecommunicationbetweenallthestakeholders.
