B P M C (PMC) : Eginning Recious Etal LAY

PMC comes in four forms - lump clay, syringe clay, paste clay, and paper clay. Lump clay can be shaped by hand, syringe clay is used for texture or gluing, paste clay glues pieces together, and paper clay comes in sheets. There are different varieties of PMC including standard, +, and 3, which vary in shrinkage and firing times. The process of rolling out clay involves oiling surfaces, placing clay between stacks of playing cards to regulate thickness, rolling the clay with a roller, adding texture if desired, cutting the clay to shape, and allowing it to dry.
