How to customize the message when the preparer/requester has no approval authority: "You do not have the authority to approve this requisition. Select the Manage Approvals button to add at least one approver before you proceed to the next step."

SOLUTION
To customize this message execute the steps: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Go to Application Developer responsibility > Application > Messages Query up Name ICX_POR_PRMPT_NEED_APPRV Change the current message text to the desired one Save Log out and log back
