APPPLICATION UNDER THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT, 2005 Kindly provide the following information para-wise without clubbing any paras together. Fee of Rs.10 is enclosed in cash. SECTION 4 1. 2. 3. Furnish a link to the URL where information u/s 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act, 2005 is published by you as on 30.10.2013. If not already published, furnish reasons. If not published on the website, furnish a hard copy.

FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS 4. Furnish the amount of money received by you since the formation of the party and upto the date of providing information in the following format:Month & year Membership fee in Rs. Furnish the amounts of money collected at various events attended by Mr. Arvind Kejriwal showing the date and the venue of the event and the amount collected in any form for the period starting 01.08.2013 upto the date of providing information. Provide a copy of the audited accounts for the year 2012-13. If not audited, furnish reasons along with a copy of unaudited accounts. Provide a copy of quarterly accounts for all available quarters. Furnish the names and designations of all persons working in accounts and finances department in the party. Furnish the amount of money personally contributed by Mr. Kejriwal if any.

Furnish the name of the chief ministerial candidate on behalf of the party. 17. Furnish copies of minutes of all meetings of the screening committee. 18. Furnish copies of all information submitted by short-listed members in each of the constituencies, preferably by email. 19. Please provide the date of interview of each of the short-listed candidates for the purpose of deciding nomination. 20. Furnish the names and mobile numbers of all selected candidates along with the names and mobile numbers of their campaign managers and other key support personnel. Mobile numbers should ones which the persons answer themselves. 21. Furnish a list of workers/volunteers who primarily work at Hanuman Road office along with their designations or roles played by them and their mobile numbers. 22. Furnish a list of workers/volunteers who primarily work at Kaushambi office along with their designations or roles played by them and their mobile numbers. CAMPAIGN 23. Furnish a copy each of all posters carried on the back of autorickshaws. 24. Provide the cost paid by the party for each poster along with actual number printed for each poster. 25. Furnish a list of all outdoor or indoor public meetings in relation to election campaign attended by Mr. Kejriwal since 01.08.2013 along with the name and no. of the assembly constituency, if applicable. Kindly ensure that all documents supplied are duly certified. You may send me some of the documents/information by email which of course need not be certified. I would personally like to collect all of the information from your Hanuman Road office (except emailed information) as and when you advise me by SMS/email.
