After these si0 steps the installation of &'(2 is co"plete. <. ;pen the Cygwin !ash window cd into the &'(2 folder and type# start0. 2his will open the following window and here yo. can write yo.r tcl scripts etc.

Make s.re yo. install all the files d.ring installation i.e. click skip on all the files. Also .ncheck the 7ide o!solete packages option and incl.de those files in the installation as well.
