Close the Settings Manager. Start the "SIMATICDiagnoseTool.exe" in the directory "D:\SDT". Select "File > Open Config File" and open the XML files that you have created in step 6. Select "Get Information" and click "Yes" to start data collection. Once data collection has been completed, the "Summary of Collection" window opens. Close this window with the OK button.
