    Read the following conditions regarding this application for Title Only, a negotiable certificate of title without Texas registration: You must surrender the license plates and/or registration insignia if the vehicle displays current Texas or out-of-state license plates. w The following vehicles are not eligible for Title Only: Construction machinery (unconventional vehicles), water well drilling units and machinery used exclusively for drilling water wells, construction machinery not designed to transport persons or property, implements of husbandry and farm equipment (including combines), all-terrain vehicles, and slow moving vehicles. w Any vehicle with a suspended or revoked Texas title may not be issued a Title Only. Contact your local county tax assessor-collectors office if you have any questions.

    License plates and registration insignia issued for this motor vehicle are being surrendered, in accordance with Transportation Code 501.0275. The registration for this vehicle is not currently suspended or revoked. This vehicle has no license plates and/or registration. This vehicle has been issued a license plate under the applicable status of forces agreement by either the appropriate branch of the U.S. Armed Forces or the nation in which the owner has been assigned. Valid proof of military registration is attached.

    AFFIDAVIT - State law makes falsifying information on this application a third-degree felony.
    I certify that the statements on this application are true and correct, and understand that:
    w w w The vehicle described may not be operated on the public roadways in Texas without displaying current registration. I may not apply for registration until record of ownership is updated in TxDMV's database if the Vehicle Identification Certificate (VI-30) issued by a state appointed safety inspection station is waived at the time of filing this application. A corrected title is required if the VI-30 was waived at the time of application.
