Overview :
ICT Attendance Management System is a complete system for any organization to take attendance of its staff. It is written in P P and released as an open source pro!ect under "P# $% by setup.
Roles
There are two asic roles in SCM!Attendance System.
".Administrator Role :
This role actually manages o$erall resources of system like managing users& configuring users& making accounts & checking monthly attendance reports& setting !obs and most importantly can check and see reports of monthly attendance.

This role enable user to manage his account& time of checking in and out &change password and check his reports .
Features:
Attendance Report :
Administrator can check monthly reports of users through Attendance 'eport System.(ust select the user name &month and year and it will show the whole details of that user including date&day&Time in ) Time out and total time spent and re*uired time to be spent in a month.
%ine calculation :
Admin can fine the user through attendance fine system on absents or on the basis of not gi$ing the full re*uired time.
Admin interface :
This role actually manages o$erall resources of system like managing users& configuring users& making accounts & changing passwords of accounts&calender&broadcast messages&checking monthly attendance reports& setting !obs and most importantly can check and see reports of monthly attendance.
Calendar :
Calender system allows the administrator to manage the monthly attendance records of user and can declare full lea$es&half lea$es&absent and holiday to a user .Admin can also check the presents&absents&full lea$es&half lea$es and holidays of all users in a month

Manage Users : Admin can add &remo$e&edit and update users through manage users .
