Objective:

INTRODUCTION

This is a client based project and our client came up with a approach of developing a common portal for public and the agencies which makes them to hire guards from the agencies, who are registered to us. Any registered member can get list of agencies and various other information. This site will help the civilians to hire security guards in speedy, cost effectively manner. Problem Description: A Security guard is a person who is paid to protect property, assets, or people. Security guards are generally uniformed and act to protect property by maintaining a high visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, observing (either directly, through patrols, or by watching alarm systems or video cameras) for signs of crime, fire or disorder then taking action and reporting any incidents to their client and emergency services as appropriate. These guards are the employees of security agencies. So, these guards are usually hired by the public by a formal!manual approach. So, we have to contact the agencies manually and hire the guards. "e are committed to creating the safest possible environment and have a reputation for being proactive, professional, and diligent. "e will customi#e the security services depending on specific re$uirements. The security services include readily available temporary security or permanent contract security guards, construction site security, %&' 'rotection, personal protection, and much more. (ur clients(security agencies) are all licensed and insured to provide security services. )or this, firstly the user(Agency or any 'ublic member) must register and give their personal details and other important information with priorities. At the time of hiring the guards, members can compare various agencies by clicking the hyperlink and link to each agency (if they e*ist). (ur Security guards are selected based on their professional e*perience and e*emplary skills, along with their training and ability to adapt to changing environments and the client

C&'r'cteristics o% t&e Propose" S!stem: 1 User (rien"l!: ) The proposed system is user friendly because the retrieval and storing of data is fast and data is maintained efficiently. 2oreover the graphical user interface is provided in the proposed system, which provides user to deal with the system very easily. 1 Reports 're e'sil! ener'te": /eports can be easily generated in the proposed system so user can generate the report as per the re$uirement (monthly) or in the middle of the session. 3ser can give the notice to the students so he!she become regular. 1 *er! less p'per +or$: The proposed system re$uires very less paper work. All the data is feted into the computer immediately and reports can be generated through computers. 2oreover work becomes very easy because there is no need to keep data on papers. 1 Comp,ter oper'tor control: 0omputer operator control will be there so no chance of errors. 2oreover storing and retrieving of information is easy. So work can be done speedily and in time.

User Cl'sses 'n" C&'r'cteristics There are various kinds of users for the product. 3sually web products are visited by various users for different reasons. /"ministr'tor: Admin must have privileges to this application for maintaining the different agencies of different categories and he must keep track of all services in day bases. Admin must have knowledge of the computer and internet. Admin should have the knowledge of the system for creating new user, customer, and agency. Admin should have the knowledge about the current awareness of different security services in the market in order to update his current services and related web sites.

User: A 3ser may be a branch manager or service engineer or any other common person. The user (Agency or any 'ublic member) must register and give their personal details and other important information with priorities. At the time of hiring the guards, members can compare various agencies by clicking the hyperlink and link to each agency.

/ enc!: Agency plays very important role in providing services for user .Agency having the list of security guards where user can select it by registering into agency .These guards are the employees of security agencies. So, these guards are usually hired by the public by a formal!manual approach. So, we have to contact the agencies manually and hire the guards.
