GEOPLAS feels the right proud of bringing several first times into the industry with its production and application experience of more than 20 years. Our company is the owner of the first factory to produce geosynthetic insulation materials utilized in solid waste garbage storage areas, ponds etc. as well as tunnels and subways. Ensuring that its equity capital remains in our country, GEOPLAS managed to increase its exports, which was around 10% in 2009, up to 30% in 2010.

Signal Plate PVC Geomembrane

Product Code: PVC - ST
This is the Geomembrane model, one surface of which consists of thin, light colored layer in order to facilitate determination of damages. When the material is damaged, the thin light colored layer flakes off and the dark color under it is exposed. The damaged part can be easily determined via visual inspection.

UV Resistant PVC Geomembrane

Product Code: PVC - UV
Special additives are added to the raw material during production in order to make it resistant to the sunlight. Geomembranes, which are usually produced in light gray color, are produced in different colors thanks to our latest technology and are resistant to UV lights.

Antibacterial PVC Geomembrane

Product Code: PVC - SD
Non-Smelling, Non-Bacteria Producing Geomembrane This is used in fresh water tanks. Special additives, which do not smell and do not produce bacteria, are used at the production stage. It is usually produced in blue color.

Geotextile Laminated PVC Geomembrane

Product Code: PVC - GL
Geotextile, which is a supporting and indispensable product in geomembrane application, is laminated on any surface of geomembrane. It increases resistance of the application, ensures adhesion to the surface of application and creates a protective and robust layer.

T-Grip PVC Geomembrane

Product Code: PVC - TG
This is the model, which has protrusions going throughout the roll with particular gaps in order to ensure the geomembrane holds on the concrete. It is especially used in sewer systems and other applications suitable for such details.

PVC Equipped Geomembrane

Product Code: PVC - D
This is the PVC water insulation membrane, which is resistant to weather conditions and UV lights, polyester equipped and highly resistant. Geoplas PVC equipped geomembrane consists of three layers as PVC homogeneous bottom layer, highly resistant polyester carrier providing resistance to breaking, tearing and puncture and UV-resistant top layer. It is fixed by freely laying and assembled with hot air fusion welding. It is used in industrial type concrete closed to access, architectures in different concepts, mosques and roofs in dome form, vaulted or joint system steel roofs and pools. It has steam permeability, excellent welding ability, difficult burning, high tensile and elongation specifications, as well as high mechanical resistance and excellent resistance to weather conditions.

Product Code: HD / LD
These are prepared with raw material, painting agent and supporting additives during production. These are the insulation membranes that are subject to necessary operations in extruders and shaped in homogeneous form via the calendar system. HDPE means High-Density Polyethylene and LLDPE means low-density polyethylene. If details and indents are high at the place of utilization, LLDPE should be chosen, but if the place is smooth, HDPE geomembrane should be chosen.

Geodrain is a high-density (HDPE) based insulation protection and drainage material. It creates an air gap between the ground and the structure components in order to let the structure breath, drain the water safely thanks to its blistered structure and ensure resistance to loads and impacts during and after filling thanks to its highly mechanical specifications. It is economical and easy to apply.

AREAS OF UTILIZATION:
It is a safe solution for the water problem in all structure projects. Geodrain drainage plates are used for protecting the insulation in water insulation applications. It protects the foundation wall against moist. It ensures an insulation resistant to water and environmental factors. It ensures safe drainage for underground and crack waters in underground and heavy constructions. It is resistant to a pressure of 250 kN/m2 thanks to 1,800 blisters per square meter.

Our company produces the raw material within its own structure thanks to Sodium Bentonite Mine Operations commenced in 2006. This is a water and air-proof material, where sodium bentonite granules placed between weaved geotextiles on one surface and non-weaved geotextiles on the other surface are transformed into composite form. It is water-proof as it has a high inflation capacity when gets in contact with water. It is produced in composite form with GCL + HDPE = LGCL type laminate upon request.
