JOB SUMMARY
Provide general day-to-day HR support across the Group HR function in relation to all HR, Employee Benefits, Training and Development and Administration. HR officer are good communicators, keeping managers informed on the status of queries, issues, and concerns. They continually look for ways to improve HR policies and standards
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Qualification:
Degree in business management, human resources management Bachelors degree in human resources management or business related field Post graduation in personnel or human resources management
Experience:
Working experience minimum 3 years in human resources management or business related field including administration of recruitment and training at all levels
Good organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to understand comprehensive information Basic numeracy and it skills required for operating various system Ability to interpret, analyze and explain the official framework employment regulation. Must be proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook applications.
Good negotiating and influencing skills in implementing personal policies Able to work alone on a broad variety of project Staff training, development and recognition Mentoring and coaching An understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new recruitment techniques, method and procedure.
Establish staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organizations objectives Analysis the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions and duty statements Promote staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make suggestion to management about staff appointments Keep the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, superannuation, leave and training, and prepare associated management reports Organize staff training Utilize a number of management information systems to record, maintain, plan and manage the organizations human resources Give advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures, including equal opportunity, antidiscrimination and occupational health and safety programs Help out employees on work matters, career development, personal problems and industrial matters Provide employee welfare services such as health and wellbeing programs, first aid and fire training, superannuation and social activities Participate in enterprise bargaining talks where employees, management and unions discuss the development of specific work arrangements and conditions (pay and hours of work, for example) Participate in strategic management.
