Instructions:
Complete the project information above - it will be shown on every worksheet Enter the functional details on the appropriate worksheets as shown by the tabs above (e.g. Internal Logical Files on the ILF sheet). For each Functional element, enter a description, the number of RETs/FTRs and DETs. The column titled "A/CB/CA/D/Con" indicates whether the element is Added (A), Changed (record both Changed Before (CB) and Changed After (CA) function points), Deleted (D) or for conversion (Con). It is initialized to A so you need to enter the appropriate value if it is not Added Function Use the sheet labelled "GSCs" to capture the 14 General System Characteristics, as assessed at the end of the project. For enhancement projects, record the current FP Base above as well as the current Total Degrees of Influence. The sheet labeled FPSummary shows a summary of all the data entered. The two pieces of data that needs to be recorded in BMRS are shown at the end of this Sheet. To add lines to the detail worksheets: 1. Insert rows above the line of dashes ('----') 2. Copy one of the ROWS with type filled in 3. Paste into the inserted rows (This is necessary since there are hidden columns to the right, the content of which will only be copied in this fashion)
