SELF-ASSESSMENT: CRITERIA FOR ASSESSING THE PROCESS DATE: 15-12-2013 1.

Have you made any progress [since last time]? Show evidence. If you have not made any progress, or very little progress, explain why. Since I had my first session with my tutor, my progress has been quite little. This is because I realized that making a bread takes so much time, and that I have to plan very well when I am going to knead the bread, thinking that it should be baked the next day, so I have to take in account that I need two free days for making a bread. I have made two breads, in order to make different types of bread like I set in my learning contract; the first one was made with integral ecologic flour and fresh yeast. The second one was made with a mix of white wheat flour and rye flour and fresh yeast. I have set a date for making the workshop in school. I have tried to improve my English language by listening music in this language, and finding the lyrics of the song for understand the song. 2. Have you come up with anything that you hadnt foreseen on your learning contract? In my learning contract one of my emergencies was what to do if one of the child of the workshop was celiac, as I said in my first coaching session, I have known that a girl is celiac, so I have decided to make talos, made with corn flour, This flour is free of gluten, so there is no problem. I am having problems with my internet connection at home and I cant post in the blog when I am at home, so I have to find a place with internet connection for writing them. This objection has made that my activity in the blog hasnt been as efficient as it should be. 3. Having reviewed your process, have you identified any aspects you would like, or need to change? Which ones? Why? Since I started the process and I havent identify any change, but if I suddenly identify one change to do, I will get in touch with my tutor and let her know the changes I have to made, arguing my decision 4. How did you organize your work? Was your organization efficient? Did it help you to fulfill your goals? I realized that making a bread takes so much time, and that I have to plan very well when I am going to knead the bread, thinking that it should be baked the next day, so I have to take in account that I need two free days for making a bread. Because of this, I am having problems for fulfilling my goals, combining work and the organization needed for making bread it is being difficult. 5. What will you do next? How will you do this? The next action that I am going to carry out is the workshop. Taking advantage that Santo Toms is near in dates and that is the last week of school before Christmas holidays, I am going to make the workshop of talos during this week. Like I am having more free time in next weeks, I am going to improve my technique of bread.

6. Do you anticipate any difficulties? Which ones? How will you deal with them? At the moment I dont anticipate any difficulty apart from the internet connection. I am trying to solve this problem anyway. 7. How did you perceive the process? Which feelings, sensations did you experience? Which strategies did you use to manage those feelings, sensations? Which are you r strong points? Which are your weak points? How did you deal with those? I feel quite unmotivated because of the final results of my bread, they are a little frustrating. Even so, I know that the results would be better by experimenting, although I am not going to achieve the goal of making a perfect bread from here to January. My weak point is that I dont have so much time, but I am going to deal with it the next weeks.
