Nexus 1 Housing in L-3441 aluminium alloy extruded prole. After manufacturing, a microcrystalline phosphating treatment and a RAL 7035 grey gloss polyester nish are applied. A silicone gasket is incorporated. 2 Cable connection M20 packing gland and stopper in polyamide. 3 Gear tray easily removable galvanised steel. Carrying electrical equipment. 4 Optics anodised aluminium, available in eight versions and in different nishes. 5 Frame L-3441 extruded aluminium alloy, matte and anodised. Watertight spongy silicone gasket is also provided. 6 Cover 5mm sodium-calcium toughened and engraved glass. A silicone gasket is sealed to the frame by a computerised application. 7 Closing clip L-3441 aluminium alloy extruded prole, matte and anodised. Frame opened on hinges without tools.

Specic optical systems Nexus is provided with a wide range of eight standard versions, designed for maximum lighting and energy saving requirements. The eight standard versions make it possible to realise excellent tunnel projects with longitudinal symmetric lighting systems and longitudinal asymmetric at counterbeam. Moreover, there is the possibility of making special versions for specic projects.
