MOSFET Internal Capacitances & High Frequency Model Gate capacitive effect, junction capacitances, high frequency model, unity gain frequency, frequency response of a CS amplifier, the three frequency bands, high frequency response, low frequency response, CMOS digital logic inverter, Depletion type MOSFET, JFET. Power Amplifiers Preview, Power Amplifiers, Power Transistors, Classes of Amplifiers, Class A Power Amplifiers, Class AB Push-Pull Complementary Output Stages. Differential and Multistage Amplifiers Preview; the Differential Amplifier; Basic BJT Differential Pair; Basic FET Differential Pair, Differential Amplifier with Active Load, BiCMOS Circuits, Gain Stage and Simple Output Stage, Diff-Amp Frequency Response.
Feedback and Oscillators Introduction to Feedback, Basic Feedback Concepts, Ideal Feedback Topologies, Voltage Amplifiers, Current Amplifiers, Transconductance Amplifiers, Transresistance Amplifiers, Loop Gain, Stability of the Feedback Circuit, Frequency Compensation, Barkhausen Criterion, Hartley, Colpitts, Wien Bridge, RC Phase Shift and Crystal Oscillators.
