Objective:
The objective of the course is to help the students understand the nature of business ethics and issues in corporate governance and its application to the Indian corporate scene

Complexity of Ethical Issues: Conflicts indecision making from ethical and economic point of view- Ethical Dilemma Solving ethical dilemma Managerial integrity and decision making.
