1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Enrolment is valid for a period of one year from the date of enrolment. Fees are inclusive of Service Tax. Fees are non refundable. Refer to the Waiver policy of IMS Proschool at the end of this enrolment form Those applying for waiver must submit relevant supporting documents either by email or by post to IMS Proschool Mumbai. Enrolment will be confirmed only after verification of the supporting documents. 6. Installment option is available for Fast Track and Class room Program only. If paid by installments 5% additional Fees will be charged. Maximum of 3 installments are allowed. First Installment should be 40% and paid before commencement of class. PDC must be issued for Second and third installment at the time of enrollment only. Second installment should be paid with in 30 days of commencement of class room, and Third installment with in 60 days from the date of commencement of class room.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE FORM One passport size photographs. Demand Draft drawn in favour of "IMS Proschool Pvt Ltd." payable in Mumbai. Write your name in capital letters on the reverse of the Demand Draft. One photocopy of either Graduation (if applicable), Post Graduation (if applicable) marksheet. Students in their final year should submit marksheet of the previous year. The photocopy should be self attested . Students applying for waiver should attach relevant supporting documents.
