    RE: Letter of Disengagement: Florida Bar LRS referral consultation, Unlicensed Practice of Law Investigation (UPL) of Neil J. Gillespie, Case No. 20133090(5) Dear Mr. Jones: This is a letter of disengagement. Unfortunately you have not responded to several requests for disability accommodation. Accordingly I no longer have confidence in our attorney-client relationship, and hereby terminate that relationship to the extent one exists under The Florida Bar Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) agreement, and Florida Bar rules generally. I hereby release you from further obligation under the LRS referral. Regarding $25 I paid you for the LRS referral, you may return the funds to me at the address below, or you may keep the $25 if you believe you earned or are otherwise entitled to the money, or you may donate the $25 to a charity of your choice, or you may dispose of the money in any other lawful way. The ultimate disposition of the $25 I paid you is your decision. I hereby waive my claim to $25 I paid you by postal service money order on September 4, 2013.
