    Dear Sir/Madam :

    Greetings from J Centre Mall! Christmas is just around the corner and with the opening of our mall come November 11, we are doubly excited to celebrate the season with fun, cheers and music! To highlight our Christmas celebration, we have come up with a Christmas Caroling Contest among schools and various organizations in Cebu dubbed The Melodies of Christmas. There will be 2 categories in the competition: the School Group Category and the Open Chorale Category. The School Group Category should be representative of any school or university (public or private) while the Open Chorale Category may represent any group or organization. Each group should be composed of at least 10 people and shall prepare one (1) fast song and one (1) slow song either in English, Tagalog or Bisaya. They should provide for their own accompaniment as the mall shall only provide the basic sound system. Elimination for the School Group Category is scheduled on December 4, 2011 while the Open Chorale Category will be on December 10, 2011. Five (5) groups will be chosen in the Elimination round where they will finally compete among each other in the same category for the Championship round on December 18, 2011. There will be three (3) winners per category: First, Second and Third prize winners. The First Prize winner shall receive Php15,000 in Cash. The Second Prize winner shall receive Php 10,000 in Cash while the Third Prize winner shall receive Php 5000 in Cash. It is with much eagerness that we would like to invite your group to join the competition.
