Innovation and Technology Support Office (in partnership with IPOPHIL) that functions as a patent search facility and library for patent information. As host institution, USeP shall provide training, information, and advisory regarding patenting and intellectual property. The University shall also facilitate the patenting of its technologies. The Virtual Library and Virtual Learning Environment


The virtual library allows increased access of students to online journals and publication. The virtual learning environment is used for courses delivered via e-learning.

The USeP Gym and Cultural Center

USeP Gym can accommodate up to 8,000 spectators. It can be utilized for University functions, and sports and cultural events of the City.

Learning Facilities

USeP has various learning facilities provided for its students development. Among these are the university and college libraries; computer, automotive, mechanical, electrical, physical and natural sciences, tissue culture, and speech laboratories; social hall; dormitory/training center; and sports facilities. Student kiosks with free Wi-fi facilities are also available.

The University of Southeastern Philippines is a state university created in 1978 by Batas Pambansa Bilang 12. Being a merger of four academic institutions, it traces its academic roots to the former Mindanao State UniversityDavao Campus, University of the Philippines-Master of Management Program in Davao, Davao School of Arts and Trades, and Davao National-Regional Agricultural School. Today, the University has five (5) campuses located in Davao City, Tagum City, Mabini in Compostela Valley and Bislig City in Surigao del Sur.
