Lesson Plan Colors

This lesson plan outlines a 50 minute revision lesson for a 3rd grade class. The objectives are to revise colors, use vocabulary related to toys and school objects, and create short sentences. The lesson begins with a warm up involving questions about homework and a review of the day's topic. Next, the teacher elicits colors of familiar objects from students and introduces new vocabulary. Students then complete individual exercises from a workbook to reinforce the material. They practice making sentences using the vocabulary through a guessing game. Throughout, the teacher evaluates students orally and assigns them to draw and describe their toys for homework.
