Johari Window

The document discusses using the Johari Window technique to prioritize needs assessment findings by considering multiple perspectives. The Johari Window involves identifying priorities from different stakeholders and mapping them to compare known and unknown perspectives. This helps communicate priorities and identify additional needs to address gaps in understanding between groups. The advantages are that it ensures multiple perspectives are considered and helps with prioritizing and communicating needs. Potential disadvantages include it being more limited than other techniques for generating solutions.
