Consultant on Targeted Intervention Profiling Studies (TIPS) for NACO and extensively
traveled for profiling of organizations in various States and Union Territories (UTs) of
India by working as Investigator- Resource Center for Sexual Health and HIV/AIDS,
New Delhi. Consultancy on NGO and international development for a number of
organizations. Consultancy provided in drafting “HIV/AIDS Bill” as presented to
Parliament (2005) of Govt. of India. Contributed in Agra Workshop (2004) on
‘Prevention of HIV/AIDS in Uttar Pradesh. Facilitated Engender Health in making and
presenting Case Study of the Global Science Academy at Agra Workshop. Consultant &
Executive Committee designator/ member to District Health Society, Basti ( headed by
District Magistrate(DM), Basti as its President while Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Basti
