Founded and led the Employee Development Department as the Senior Technical Trainer for the last 18 months, developing, training, and testing for promotions in the Linux Administration department. Developed the HostGator Senior Linux Administration testing and certification program, including course design and certification for all administrator promotions from Internal Support to Level 3 Administrator.
