CHALET INFORMATION A-style: Luxury Family Chalet sleeps 2 Adults & up to 3 or 4 children. 2 Bedrooms with an open plan kitchen and lounge B-style: Family Chalet sleeps 2 Adults and up to 2 children. Open plan room All chalets are equipped with TV, microwave and 2 plate stove. Full bedding is supplied. Kitchens are fully equipped. Private bathrooms with shower and toilet. Please bring own towels, dishcloths and braaigrids. OCCUPATION TIME TABLE Applicable for chalets and caravan/tent stands Please note: ARRIVAL: AFTER 2 pm DEPARTURE: 9 am in season 4 pm on weekends out of season, when possible. Special arrangements for late arrivals must be made with the office staff.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Visitors agree to abide by the rules of the Resort and ensure that in no way the quiet or general comfort of other guests are disturbed. To secure a booking, 50% of the total is payable by a specified date. Balance payable on arrival. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Deposits are not refundable or transferable. An additional breakage and cleaning deposit of R500.00 will be charged for chalets. The chalets will be checked after your departure and if everything is in order the deposit will be refunded (or mailed to you if you leave before the chalet is checked). Day or overnight visitors to guests will only be permitted with permission of senior management and the right to limit admission is reserved. A charge per person and per vehicle will be levied.

CANCELLATION POLICY Money will be forfeited as follow: More than 90 days before arrival 20% of deposit payable. Between 90 and 60 days before arrival 30% of deposit payable. Between 60 and 30 days before arrival 50% of deposit payable. Less than 30 days before arrival 100% of deposit payable.

OTHER INFORMATION FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE Berg River Caf is open daily for groceries, take aways, etc. Canoes and tubes available for hire from the Caf. Private waterslide and mini golf (out of season weekends only) Deep freeze space available for campers. Laundry on site (tokens at the office).

Close by there are: Shopping Centers, Botanical Gardens, Paarl Golf Course (and others), Monuments and Museums, Wine Farms and other attractions. DIRECTIONS TO BERG RIVER RESORT From Cape Town/Worcester: Take exit 55 from N1. The sign reads R45, Paarl Main Road, Franschhoek. Turn right at stop sign. Drive 1.1km, if you are coming from Cape Town, or 800m, if you are coming from Worcester, and turn left at the R45 Franschhoek turn off. Drive another 1.2km and turn left at our signboard and flags.
