Later, she hears the shower running upstairs and calls out for her mother, but receives no response. Panicked, she searches the house but finds no one. Returning to her bedroom in a state of panic, Zoe sees a figure lying in her bed, shocking her into a state of terror.

ZOES BEDROOM AFTERNOON ZOE (16) young, white, blonde female teenager is in her bedroom listening to music whilst lying on her bed. -volume of music is able to be heardZOES MUM, ANN GREENWAY (43) adult, tanned, blonde female is standing above Zoe calling for her attention ANN GREENWAY (fairly loud) Zoe.. Zoe.. ZOE IM TALKING TO YOU. ZOE (notices mum standing above her, removes headphones off ears) Sorry mum I didnt see you there, what do you want? MUM (ANN GREENWAY) Im going in to work for a night shift and will not be back until the morning, dinners in the fridge, see you later hunny love you. FADE OUT CUT TO INT. DOOR/HALLWAY - NIGHT Mum leaves the room and goes to work, Zoe is now home alone. She puts her headphones in and eventually falls asleep at around 8PM CUT TO INT. ZOES ROOM - NIGHT Around 1am, she is woken up by a phone call from an unknown caller. ZOE (mumbles)

Hello, who is this? UNKNOWN CALLER *deep breath, deep breath, deep breath* (hangs up)

CUT TO INT. HALLWAY NIGHT Zoe is now awake due to the phone call. She gets up, steadies herself and realises she is thirsty. She slowly leaves the room and goes downstairs. As Zoe is pouring juice out of the carton, the shower from upstairs has been switched on. Alarmed and panicked, Zoe Stops and calls out for her mother thinking that she is back. ZOE (loud) MUM, IS THAT YOU UPSTAIRS? MUM? MUMMY? Zoe receives no response, leaving her anxious and distressed. Zoe decides to call her mother one more time, believing that it was her mothers idea of a sick joke. ZOE (loud) MUM, THIS ISNT FUNNY ANYMORE, STOP IT Once again, there is no response from her mum CUT TO INT. HALLWAY NIGHT Zoe runs upstairs to find that no one is in the shower. She closes all taps and nervously continues to shout out for her mum. ZOE MUM, PLEASE ANSWER ME, MUM, PLEASE, MUM ANSWER ME

Page 3 DISSOLVE TO: INT. ZOES BEDROOM - NIGHT With nothing but silence given in return, Zoe is on the verge of tears. She briskly walks back to her bedroom whilst panicking, shuts the door behind her and leans her head back against the door. Zoe looks around her room motionless whilst taking heavy breathes in an attempt to calm herself down. However the figure that appears in her bed says otherwise. ZOE (Whispers in shock) O..OH MY GO..D
