Revision Philosophy All draft documents for review will be issued at R01, with subsequent R02, R03, etc as required. All revisions approved for issue / implementation will be issued at A01, with subsequent A02, A03, etc as required. All revisions approved for design will be issued at D01, with subsequent D02, D03, etc as required. Documents approved for Construction will be issued at C01, C02, and C03 respectively. Documents or drawings revised as As built will be issued as Z01, Z02 Z03 etc. Narrative sections revised from previous approved issues are to be noted in the table below and/or highlighted in the RH margin (using the appropriate revision status) thus: | A02 Previous revision highlighting to be removed at subsequent issues. Drawings/diagrams revised from previous approved issues are highlighted by 'clouding' the affected areas and by the use of a triangle containing the revision status.

2.0 INTRODUCTION
2.1 Project Description
This project involves the engineering design of flowlines needed to transport crude from the Ubaleme and Okoporo wells to Sapele-West flowstation. The project is phased in two (2) parts, the first of which involves routing the Okoporo dual completed wells (CQFF 1S & 1L) to run straight into the flowstation at Sapele-West. The second phase of the project involves re-routing the flowlines of the dual completed well (CQFF 1S & 1L) via a new manifold system at Okoporo to Sapele-West Flowstation. It also involves the installation of flowlines from other newly proposed wells at Okoporo into the new manifold system. The bulklines from the new manifold system is to handle 6000 BOPD. The flowline from the Ubaleme wells (ODP 2, ODP 3, ODP, 4, ODP 5) is to be designed to run straight to the Sapele-West flowstation. The new manifold is rated for 1500# with 4 headers and 6 ligaments and is manifold is to be connected to the two lines initially conveying crude from the dual completed well via rerouting, and then both lines would convey commingled crude from the new manifold at Okoporo to the existing Flowstation at Sapele-West.alongsides the newly proposed flowlines at Okoporo.
2.2
Objective
The purpose of this document is to provide the pressure safety valves relief load calculations for Okoporo-Ubaleme Pipeline Engineering project. Relieving rates which are presented in this calculation note result from various causes of overpressure. Calculations are based on equations in API RP 520 part1 and API STD 521. Also PSV orifices have been selected in accordance with API Standard 526. The following index is PSV list which shows the relevant P&ID numbers and the calculated PSV sizes. However, the orifice size shall be confirmed later by PSV vendor.
