RESULT NOTICE NOLDC (POST CODE NO 23/2008) MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF DELHI DSSSB, as per merit of combined Part II (Descriptive) Examination held on 11.04.09; 12.04.2009 and 19.04.2009 and consequent upon qualifying Typewriting Speed Skill Test conducted w.e.f. 29 to 31 Dec.., 2009 and 31.01.2010 and after determining eligibility for the posts as per the provisions of the Statutory RRs, and term and conditions of the advertisements had declared result of above post code nominating candidates to MCD for appointment to the post L.D.C. in the Pay Scale of Rs 3050-4590 (Pre-revised) vide result notice No. 84 dated 10.03.2010. Result in respect of following candidates had been indicated in pending list for completion of documentation etc.. For admissibility of benefit of reservation the result has been processed as per the judgment dated 04.08.2009 of Honble Supreme Court of India as passed in Civil Appeal No. 5092 of 2009 arising out of Petition (s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No(s). 24327/05 Subhash Chandra & Anr. V/s DSSSB & ors. Further candidate with roll No. 2312078 and 2322987 are not found fulfilling the eligibility conditions for admissibility of benefit of reservation, as such their candidature are cancelled. The selection of the above 09 candidates (UR-04, OBC-05) shall further be subject to fulfillment of all eligibility conditions by the candidates, as prescribed by the statutory RRs and term and conditions of advertisement as indicted in the advertisement inviting applications and also subject to through verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures, handwriting and thumb impression etc., on the application forms, admission certificates etc. The candidature of the candidates are liable to be cancelled by the user Department also, in case candidates found not fulfilling the eligibility conditions or any other genuine reasons. The competent authority of the user Department shall arrange to verify the correctness of information/documents as furnished in the application form after verification of the same from original documents. Mere inclusion of name in the result notice does not confer any right upon the candidate over the post. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, DSSSB reserve the right to rectify errors and omission if any. This issue with the approval of the Competent Authority , DSSSB.
