Every day in our life we all have to face challenges and make decisions whether when we are leading our self, leading others or in a formal scenario, leading at work. Sometimes challenges occur once and sometimes they repeatedly visit us with or without invitation. No matter what size these challenges are, they need to be handled soundly with a clear goal in mind.

Being in an aggressive performing organization, we have been trained with many of problem solving tools. However, as our problem solving process was not well thought, we lacked in consistency in delivering reliable, replicable and repeatable results. This has brought us into a vicious cycle in such way that we have been struggling to execute too many initiatives that tore our schedules and priority apart. We are like hamsters running on a treadmill where they stay at the same place after hours of sweating, burning calories and time. The good news is that there is a fundamentals approach in problem solving process to overcome these challenges and one that can consistently lead us to a satisfying end result. This 2-day Effective Problem Solving programme is a simple and easy to comprehend specially designed for a high performance culture organization to deliver reliable results. The fun experiential learning and activities will be facilitated by experienced trainer and the learning outcomes are applicable in formal and informal situation.
