I. Overview Hot air Cycling Drying Machine is domestic initiative products designed by our factory, after several upgraded, the dryer reachs to the domestic and international advanced level. The three Series products of CT and CT - C and medicinal GMP use the basic principle which is to use steam or electricity as a heat energy, via steam radiator or electric heating element to produce the heat energy. It uses the convection heat transferred by air motor, pass the heating to drying material, at the same time, input the fresh air and discharge the wet air, keep the proper temperature and humidity in the dryer of drying procedure.

The dryers biggest feature is the most of the hot aire in the case for circulation, to increase the mass transfer and heat transfer, save the energy, These three series products are

widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light and heavy industry materials and products of frontal heating dehumidification. GMP pharmaceutical medicinal oven will be designed and made according to the actual requirement.

III. Use Guidelines a), the three series drying machine is used steam heater and far infrared thermal energy as heating source. Steam heaters highest work pressure is 0.6 MPa, banned overpressure use; b), if the oven temperature requirements is in the range of 120-140, the steam pressure should be in 0.4-0.8 MPa range, if the temperature in the cabinet requirement achieves to 80-120 ,the steam pressure should be in 0.2-0.4 MPa range. c), these three series dryingm achine requires three-phase five wire 380/220v. d). The far infrared ray electric heater elements using 380V or 220V, current status is 220V. e), after connecting with the air motor electricity power, start air motor switch, the

direction of the air motor runs should be consistent with the marked direction symbols. f). after the steam pipeline of dryer connected with steam pipe of boiler, when using dryer, must open the valve of discharging water device, discharge the residual sundries and

Observe the temperature of these up,middle and down thermometer is normal or not, if is in the standard range. If the temperate difference is big, should adjust the blade angle smaller at the place with high temperature, instead, adjust the blade angle bigger at the position with lower temperature. Till to the temperatuare difference become less, not need to adjust more. i). The wet institutions on the dryer is used to discharge the wet air from dryer. When the temperature up to desired setting, then can discharge the wet air. But can not open the wet valves angle too big, it should according to the moisture of drying material. j). Delivery as the dryer will be transported overall, in the transportation, some parts maybe will have shift phenomenon, so must adjust all parts before run the machine, to ensure the usage effect. k). CT series dryer must be wet protected in order to reduce the heating loss.

IV.Maintainance & Trouble Shooting

V.
