OBJECTIVES : At the end of this course, students are able to:

1. Understand the basic terminology and concepts of


multimedia,
2. Design and develop basic application in
multimedia.

SYNOPSIS : This course introduces the essential topics in multimedia


application development. It also includes concepts in
hyperlink, hypermedia, basic techniques in multimedia
application development such as combination of audio,
video, animation and graphics, and data storage and
retrieval methods.
