This is how a ridge end sho uld always be: protecting, aesthetic and efficient.
Aesthetic appeal and durability define the ideal

ridge end. A true CREATON roof relies entirely on ceramics. The fullceramic ridge ventilation system guarantees not only for a l asting roof with regard to functional and technical aspects, but for a continuous aesthetic appeal, as well. With their ceramic ending (spoiler), the ridge connection ventilation tiles of CREATON create a line that runs parallel between ridge tiles and tile surface. This combination of visual value advantage of your roof and of lasting value retention of your house offers a considerable benefit compared to other solutions: The wave through of the tile must no longer be compensated with plastic components or closed with mortar. Follow-up operations involving non-ceramic alternative materials are thus excluded. Safely and systematically anchored, without ridge lath. Besides the outstanding ventilation at the ridge, which allows for a dry sub-construction, the ridge connection ventilation tile reduces the surface that would be exposed in case of storms.

We achieve this by using a continuous, ceramic ending (spoiler) at the transition from surface tiles to ridge tiles. In connection with the ridge fixation system FIRSTFIX, each ridge tile is secured by corrosion-resistant stainless steel wire in addition to a common clamping. It is possible to realize the conventional fixation with ridge lath and aluminium ridge clamp as well as the quick and efficient installation with FIRSTFIX. With its ridge fixation system FIRSTFIX, CREATON offers an installation solution the can be realized without any further ridge

individual correct distance of the uppermost lath resp. ridge lath. The X/Y measurement is always measured on the counter-battening. The table values result from ridge connection ventilation tile, counter-battening and supporting battening 30/50 resp. 40/60. Other battening cross-sections must be determined separately or can be provided by CREATON AG on request.

Extensive fluidic tests have confirmed the superior protection against the intrusion of rain of our model DOMINO. The sophisticated interlockings allow for the protection against the intrusion of rain in case of roof pitches of 20 by means of a trussing sheet (CREATON UNO), of 18 using a heat-sealed or bonded sub-coverage sheet (CREATON DUO), of 16 with a rainproof sub-roof (CREATON TRIO) necessary according to our conditions of warranty**. We would be pleased to advise you with regard to the execution of the sub-roof area. In case of lath distances in the minimum/maximum limit range, it is absolutely necessary to indicate the lath distances in your order! Minor colour and size deviations are possible due to the natural variations of the raw clay.
