Admission Notification for filling of Online Option form and its Confirmation for Admission to First Year of Post SSC Diploma Courses in Engineering/Technology 2013-14 This Notification is being issued for selection of candidates to be admitted in First Year of Post SSC Diploma Courses in Engineering/Technology for the Academic Year 2013-14. The candidates whose names have appeared in the Final Merit list for admission to First Year of Post SSC Diploma courses in Engineering/Technology through CAP are informed that they shall follow the following instructions & schedule for submission and confirmation of online option form & further activities.
The competent authority shall conduct total three (3) rounds of centralized admission. In first two rounds CAP I &II eligible candidates shall fill & confirm online option form for respective rounds. 3rd round CAP III shall be conducted by way of counseling at the notified admission center. All eligible Candidates must fill & confirm the web based online option form on http://www.dte.org.in/poly2013 at ARC or any computer connected to internet for the respective rounds I & II through their Login ID & password. Once the candidate confirms his/her Option/Preference form online through his/her Login ID for the respective admission rounds from a place convenient to him, Candidate will not be able to change/cancel the option/preference submitted under any circumstances It is not required/ not mandatory for the candidate to go to ARC for confirmation of online option form, however candidate can avail the facility of ARC for filling and confirmation of option form. Candidates are required to pay Rs. 50/- in cash as facilitation fee for each of CAP Round I and II at ARC if the facilitation of ARC is availed by the candidate. Only those options forms which are confirmed at ARC will be processed further. Unconfirmed Option forms will be rejected without any communication to the candidate. Candidates claiming admission against seats under centrally sponsored scheme of Ministry of Human Resource Development of GoI for persons with disabilities shall apply directly to the Principal in response to the notification of the concerned Institute as mentioned in the information brochure.
ARCs shall provide support to candidate for browsing of information such as merit list, allotment status etc free of cost.
