PART I PREFACE

1.1 Background Corporate finance is one of university lecture in FEUI. This lecture consist of many kind of lesson and one of the lesson is Analysis Ratio in Chapter 3 and Capital Assets Pricing Model which has studied in short term before final exam. And for those lesson we assigneble to make short assignment related to Analysis Ratios, CAPM and WACC (Weighted Average Cost of Capital). This assignment is one of requirement for students in second term level to attend in final exam, so we must finish it well as a learning method. 1.2. Problem 1. How the analysis ratios from the financial statement? What is the interpretation of the financial Ratios for Summarecon ? 2. How much the Cost of equity, cost of debt and also WACC and CAPM? What is the interpretation? 3. How is the financial condition of Summarecon Agung? 1.3. Objective Know to analysis big firm like Summarecon, and can find cost of equity and debt from a firm.
