Summer Training Format: Typing Instructions
The cover page must be hard bound in Navy Blue Color with golden embossing of the literature as stated above. The size of the report would depend on the project undertaken. However it must be 100 typed pages (1.5 spaces) on A4 size paper. All the students are required to use the uniform font and format (except in heading and subheadings) throughout the text of the report. For example, if anybody uses Times New Roman of font size 12 in the text, then he/she will be using the same throughout the report. If any material in the report is picked up from any source and the source name is not referred in the bibliography section then it will be treated as a case of plagiarism/cheating. In case of any verbatim or narratives enclose them in quotes.
Typing Instructions: Margins Top = 1 inch, Left = 1.5 inch, Right = 1 inch, Bottom = 1 inch. Types: Title - 16, Caps and Upper Case, Bold, Centered, 3 lines space. First Level Heading-14, Caps and Upper Case, Bold, Centered, 2 lines space. Second Level Heading-14, Caps and Lower Case, Bold, Left, 2 lines space. Third Level Heading-14, Caps and Lower Case, Bold, Same line. Between words: 1 space After a colon or semi colon: 2 spaces After a comma: 1 space After a full stop: 2 spaces
