FLOORING

Provided ceramic floor tiles in all room, (Tile cost per sqft Rs.30/-) and Provided ceramic wall tiles in Bath, Wc: (Tile cost per sq.ft Rs.20/-) Any other flooring to be made, difference in cost of tiles & labour and other materials to be paid by the building owner. In Bath room inside wall finished with ceramic wall tiles 7 feet height above floor level, and rough finished ceramic floor tiles for flooring. WOOD WORK

Main Door (size 36" x 70") using with teak frame & paneled shutter and finishing complete. Inside other Doors using with country wood (kongu) frame & water proof flush shutters and finishing complete. Inside windows using with country wood (kongu) frame & Iron grills and glazed shutters using with 2nd quality Teak wood and finishing complete. All Room windows size (40" x 40") In kitchen window size (30" x 26") In bath & WC ventilator size (20" x 16") In bath & WC provided with sintex doors.

ELECTRICAL WORKS DETAILS

Each rooms Except pooja 5 power points will be provided. More than 5 Power points, each points cost in Rs. 400/- paid by the building owners.

PAINTING WORK

All inside rooms wall surface painted with best quality acrylic emulsion wall paint (Asian) over one coat of JK white cement paint. All outers walls surface painted with best quality supercem cement paint, over one coat of JK white cement paint. Wooden& Steel works are painted with Acrylic paints (Asian) over one coat of primer. Colouring choice by building owner Responsibility.

Wash basin provision; closet provision. All waste line will be connected to main chamber Drainage lines using superior grade plastic pipes (Parry ware white ceramic fittings Metro tap fittings)
