Introduction
Theprojectmanagementasasubjectisimportantfromthepointofviewofstudentswantingtolearn the project management fundamentals and the various techniques associated with it. Today project management isspreadacrossgeographical boundaries,thankstothe informationtechnologyand its support facilities. A project requires heavy investment and requires plenty of resources. Associated witheveryprojectthereareinbuiltproblems,uncertaintiesandrisks.

In this course students will learn about the project management fundamentals and the philosophies underlying every project. Student will be able to understand the various factors that influence a project and also learn about the various methods to organize, monitor , execute and control the projects.
