Objective
I am hoping that my employment would help me in three ways: first, give me money to support my way through
college and Brigham Young University – Idaho. Second allow me to take advantage of gaining higher skill and
experience in the techno-working world. Third, I want to be busy; I need to have a feeling that I am
accomplishing something. I also hope that my employer would take advantage of the skill that I have gained to
move their business forward.

• Coordinate Hot Cuts to the AT&T EVPN Network

• Program Cisco routers: 2800 Series, 3000 Series, 4000 Series Routers

• Troubleshoot router protocol issues: BGP, ISDN, OSPF, IGRP, RIP, Frame Relay, etc.

• Work with Access Control Lists, LAN Protocols, IP Helper addresses, etc too get customer online.

• Work with AT&T Technicians onsite to troubleshoot physical layer issues with loopbacks and wiring

• Troubleshoot IP subnet addressing issues

State Street Bank and Trust, Toyota, General Motors, etc.
