Project Description: Yellow book has begun the process of compiling a database of enhanced business profiles, known as the Business Profile Database (BPD) something that is expected to have a profound

impact on the future of their business. This database will be made up of roughly 17 million individual business profiles containing granular information about each business. The creation of the BPD will enable Yellow book to provide users with a markedly improved experience on Yellowbook.com rich, relevant content will ensure that users get what theyre looking for when they visit Yellowbook.com, and come back in the future. The BPD will also drive improved search results and functionality for users.

Responsibilities: Attending daily meetings along with Team members, Team leaders, Quality leaders, Quality manager for Developing QA Plan. Extracting samples (Random Sampling) which varies from 5-7% Using epsilon. Validating Automated Fields (captured by the Crawler) and Manual Fields (Captured by the Production). Giving Appropriate Feedback, if any error found in either Case (Both automated and manual). Preparing Data Quality Certificate for each Batch/Lot Submission where we will get to know the Status i.e. Acceptance or Rejection of the batch based on the criteria of 96% error free or 4AQL Method (Acceptance Quality Level) & 80% Completeness. Certifying batches within 24hrs of dispatch from the Unit by providing Quick feedbacks and Maintaining Zero Tolerance. Checking the conversion report and ensure that the used version of PP and CSDD is similar to the reported in the conversion report. And ensure all the points are valid or not. Sending the mails to Production team along with the QA Report stating the Acceptance or Rejection of the batch. Sending the weekly report to ADS and AIM describing the status of jobs/batches certified during the week on every Monday. HNP : ProQuest : QA :6

Project Description: HNP (Historical News Papers) project is mainly designed to converting the Historical News Papers those are available as hard copy source. This hard copy source is converted into softcopy by the production team at various levels. Finally this is delivered in the form of .xml files to the customer.
