By permitting the production of bulk fashion fabrics quickly and simply. 72 feeders with a 30" diameter guarantee high production, while the full 3-way technique creates outstanding patterning variety, and the tied and tested MCT electronic control system with individual needle selection for every feeder ensures pattern changeover within seconds - reliably and without faults. And handling could not be simpler: Individual segments make the Relanit 2.4 E easy to operate and highly practical in application. All the service units are protected from dirt by integration inside the machine frame. Setting of the maintenance-free control take-down is quick and reliable with the aid of a display.

Making use of the three-way technique, the Relanit 2.4 E produces just exactly what you want: 1, 2 and 3-colour jacquard, tuck jacquard, jacquard with float, jacquard two-thread fleece, intarsia patterning and much more. As well as knitting plated fabrics with elastomer yarns with outstanding performance and in a top standard of quality. Fast resetting, fault-free knitting of every pattern. Following pattern preparation at the PIC 3, the Relanit 2.4 E is able to accept any pattern in a matter of seconds and immediately begins knitting without faults. This facility permits the fast, economical implementation of creative ideas and fashion trends. Pattern implementation is extremely simple and places no special demands on personnel. Relanit technology enhances productivity. The needle butts travel positively in a completely closed track, and the needle tracks remain constant, so enhancing operating reliability and fabric quality. As the stitch-forming depth is set by raising the sinker, press-off reliability is assured even for lightweight and, particularly important, coarse knits. A flat cam angle reduces friction, increases speed and makes for longer service life of both needles and sinkers. It is characterized by outstanding dimensional stability at different temperatures, so enhancing knitting quality and reducing wear.
