Regula EWR for active gas-flow regulation!

A cost efficient solution for Automatic and Manual ARC-Welding

You earn more of buying Regula EWR, than we ever can earn from selling it.

Measures done at Husqvarna LTD 2007-04-27 Robot ABB, Aristorob 500, ELGA Optimator. Welding of a cuttingdeck on Husqvarna Rider Lawnmover. Weld seams: 20

Blue curve: Without Regula EWR. Gas consumption: 17,2 litre/welding-cycle Red curve: With Regula EWR. Gas consumption: 9.0 litre/welding-cycle Savings: 8.2 litre/welding-cycle = 47,7%

The solution Regula EWR

In EWR for Manuel welding you can use the incoming pressure between 2-6 bars and the outgoing gas-flow between 3-27 litres. The outgoing and incoming gas-flow will automatically be regulated by your supply of current. To optimize your welding process, simply push the button on the front panel.

Patented technology
Regula EWR gas regulator is a world-wide patented product from the Swedish company Regula Systems AB. The regulator adjusts to the welding process by sensing the variations in the current supply and automatically regulates the gas-flow. The gas-flow is therefore maintained at an optimal level and as a result you will achieve uniformed weld seams with a reduced gas-consumption.

EWR

Regula EWR PRO with Pressure Guard

Alerting user of significant change in input or output pressure

Regula EWR PRO with keylock

Special power supply gives limited access level. Limits access for unauthorized personnel

Regula EWR PRO with Gas Controller

Alerting user of significant change in input or output pressure Leak detection. Control signal. (e.g. for robot)

Based on this example with 9 robots working 3 shift; 7 robots working 2 shift; 5 robots working 1 shift, 5 hours per shift, 220 days per year consuming 18 litres of gas every minute you will save 41.731 in one year. Actually, it only takes 6 months of production to save gas costs equivalent to the investment costs! Make sure to order your EWR units already today!

Extra Benefits

+ Less welding spatter + Lossless production + Less impact on environment

Technology from Regula Systems will offer large environmental and economic savings

The market for welding robots (arc welding) is large. In 2006 there were an estimated 400 000 welding robots in the world If we assume a 30% gas saving on all robots that each run on two shifts, the total saving will be 300 billion liters of gas a year The total yearly gas savings is 920 million EUR
