ASPIRATIONS
In a years span, Ill be graduating in college. Im planning to apply for a job afterwards, Id love to be in the business world, be it on Banking, Consumers and the likes. If Ill not make it to the business world, Im planning to teach or enter the Jesuit Volunteers Philippines. Then what comes next will either be my Plan A and Plan B. Plan A, if Ill enjoy my supposed job, Id proceed with that field and work hard to earn a promotion. Plan B if Id still love to take up law, Ill enroll myself to either at XU Law or Ateneo Law and be a lawyer in 6-7 years time.

STRENGTHS
Id love to work with people, deal with people and serve people. I am lazy at time but Ill always see to it that I can find happiness in every field that Im engaging to. In hard times, I always reflect, How can I make this fan for me?

ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS
I have skills in strategic management, systems thinking, project management, negotiations, people management, interpersonal and communications.

LAND
So far, among our properties, aside from our official residence at Tablon, we have lost a property at Bugo after we have sold it. The only properties we have are my Fathers inheritance land at Alubijid. A parcel of land and share of our familys decades of business The Labis-Sabal Farm at Brgy Lagtang and Calatcat, Alubijid.

LABOR
The one in Calatcat has turned into an idle land after the death of my Grand Father in 2002. My father did not use the land for income generation. It has remained un-used as of this moment. The one in Lagtang is currently generating. The farms main source of income is seregwelas (native term). But the income is earned by my Grand Mother considering that shes the one maintaining it. My father has no monetary return except for a share of 1 sack of seregwelas every May exclusive for family and friends consumption.

CAPITAL
Since the land is idle, it is understood that it has no capital, monetary or even physical. The Lagtang property is being maintained by my Grand Mother and her laborers whose salary is a free shelter and education.
