This document provides installation instructions for an A2-A6 Process Control System. It describes how to install boards inside shielded enclosures using screened cables and metal compression glands. INSTALLATION

Follow the instructions below when installing the PEH, I/O board or PEH analogue board kit. S Check if you have received all of the items listed in the packing list 457 975 000 or 457 976 000. Install the boards inside shielded enclosures and use only screened cables between units, (see proposed article numbers for cables). Metal compression glands (article number 194 084 003 or similar) must be used. The PEH software must be version PEH3.0 or higher. The Jumper (end of bus connection) inside the PEH unit (BY1) must be removed and placed on the board located at the end of the bus (between contact A and B). DIP switch SW1 in the PEH unit must be set as follows: Set all poles to Closed position. See Service manual PEH (order number 0740 801 xxx), for information on how to use the PEH.
