    ATTENTION : ALL Ph.D. and M.S./M.TECH. (By RESEARCH) SCHOLARS INCLUDING SCHOLARS REGISTERED AT ERSTWHILE AUTs CIRCULAR Sub: Payment of semester fee for July 2013 Session - Reg. ****** The Semester fee for July 2013 session will be collected from the existing research scholars (except for the scholars admitted in April and October session at erstwhile AUT, Coimbatore) during July 1 5, 2013 between 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. as per scheduled enclosed. The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of The Director (Research), Anna University payable at Chennai obtained from any Nationalized Bank drawn on or after 24.06.2013. The Registration number and name of the research scholar should invariably be written on the back side of the D.D. The research scholars registered at erstwhile AUTs should submit their fees in respective Regional Office. The scholars who have submitted the Semester Progress Report for the period January June 2013 are only permitted to pay the fees. IMPORTANT DATES: 1. 2. 3.     If fees are not paid on or before 31.07.2013, registration of the scholars will be cancelled without any further notice. Scholars registered at Anna University, Chennai can also pay their semester fees through online subject to its realization. The payment procedure will be informed in the website after 24.06.2013 .

    To 1) All Regional Directors - with a request to display in the Notice Board and instruct the concerned Deputy Director (Research). 2) All Deputy Director (Research) with a request to accept the fees only from the scholars who have submitted Progress Report. 3) All Heads of the Departments/Directors of the Centres with a request to display in the Notice Board.
