Hvdraulic Jack H02A Suggested interval- 120 DAYS CH FUNCTION TEST Rig jack up on test stand and connect hydraulic power source, control valves and weight indicator. Extend and retract cylinders and verify smooth operation. Extend cylinders. and verify they extend equal distances. Retime cylinders by adjusting rod caps if not equal. Check full length of chrome rods for damage, cuts or flaking chrome that could cause seal leakage. Extend cylinders to full stroke and gradually increase hydraulic pressure to 3000 psi and hold. Verify no leaks. Retract hydraulic cylinders and gradually increase hydraulic pressure to 3000 psi and hold. Verify no leaks. Shift to regenerative mode and extend cylinders and verify that the speed on the extend mode is approximately twice the speed as in regular mode. Record load pounds below as indicated on weight indicator for the hydraulic pressure listed to verify that jack is functioning correctly for its rated lift and snub loads. Hydraulic Pressure 1000psi 2000psi 3000psi 26 27 28 LIFTING SYSTEM Check condition of lifting eyes and welds. Verify lifting slings are in good condition and has up to date certification tag on them. Verify shackles, nuts and pins are secure and in good condition. Verify they meet local and customer regulations. REQUIRED PAPER WORK Check regulatory documents and decals per State and/or Country Requirements (DOT, CVIP, MMS Coast Guard, etc.) Verify that proper company logos and decals are installed as per the Branding initiative. Verify that the SAP equipment number is clearly marked on the unit (see the ESG Branding web page for guidelines). Install new sticker to indicate when the next PM is due ENVIRONMENTAL Dispose of all waste properly. Ensure all spills are cleaned up and properly contained. CH
