IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY

What I have observed at Purchasing Division are there employees are
closed to each other, their joking to each other and no one being feel bad
or hurt. Their closeness is very deep, And they know their co-worker s atti-
tude.
The strength and challenges of this company is that they are very
closed to their co-worker and they know how to socialized to to other peo-
ple, and they know how to approach well their visitor and or clients, etc,.

I think the best practice of this company is their managing process by
the way of handling their OJTs, Clients and other people who came to their
office. And they know how to deal with them well.

My over-all observation in PHILIPPINE HEART CENTER is all their employ-
ees / workers are friendly and kind because even if they didn't know you
they greet you with a s mile., and their facilities are clean not like other.

V. PERIODIC REPORTS (daily, weekly, monthly)
What we do daily are the following:
Releasing Purchased Order and Request
filing documents/papers
Making duplicate of the documents
What we do weekly are the following:
Releasing Purchased Order and Request
Making duplicate of the documents What we do monthly
are the following:
Releasing Purchased Order and Request

During my whole training in PHILIPPINE HEART CENTER, I think the prob-
lem/s that I have encountered is when Im giving a copy of Purchased Order
and Request the address of the department or the office is not in that floor .
And their door, because it so much secured.

VII. SELF-ASSESSMENT

A. Skills and current technology learned/enforced:

I learned to be more serious for what Im doing be-
cause for every mistake you do, there is a consequence and I
learned to be more patient for what I do. The Philippine Heart
Center (Purchasing Division) teach me to be more efficient and
effective for the work that they gave to me. They have many
advised for me to be a good employee/worker
especially MRS. JEAN A. SAMONTE of Purchasing Division.

B. Equipment, tools, testing apparatus handled (softwares used included)

In Philippine Heart Center I used Computer, Electric Typewrit-
er, Fax, and Xerox Machine.

C. Strong points versus weak points

The strong point of the Philippine Heart Center is they are
very effective and efficient to their work and the weak points of
Philippine Heart Center is although they are very effective when
it comes to their files it has a problem. It is not well arranged.

VII. SELF-ASSESSMENT
D. Best experiences on the job:

Is when even if Im not asking they gave me some tips
of being a good employee/worker, it is the best experience be-
cause I feel that they treat me like their own son/sibling. I think
the tips that they gave me to be a good worker is my guide and
it is effective to be a good worker/employee someday.

E. Evidence of Background preparation: NONE
